“Credit Information”: Refers to your credit information, including credit scores and credit history, obtained from credit bureaus such as Experian Credit Information Company of India Private Limited (“Experian”).

“Services”: Refers to the credit score improvement and advisory services, credit score monitoring, and related financial products and services offered by the Company.

“SMS Data”: Refers to transactional SMS messages accessible on your device, including bank alerts and payment confirmations, used solely to provide financial insights.

“Email Data”: Refers to emails and email attachments accessed solely to extract financial information such as statements and transaction records.

“Financial Documents”: Refers to documents including bank statements, transaction histories, credit reports, and other financial records shared by or retrieved for the User.

3. Consent for Accessing Credit Information

By using our Services, you hereby appoint the Company as your authorized representative to:

• Access and retrieve your Credit Information from Experian on a monthly basis.

• Use this information to fetch your credit report and to offer relevant financial products and services.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The credit bureau shall not be liable for providing your Credit Information to the Company, and you will not raise any claims against them.

• This consent is given voluntarily and can be withdrawn at any time by informing the Company through our registered office address, website, assigned email ID, or mobile application.

4. Use of Services

The Company provides financial products and services in partnership with various lending partners. By using our Services, you agree to the following:

a. Marketing Communications

You consent to receive marketing and promotional communications via SMS, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls from the Company, its affiliates, and partners.

You can opt out of these communications at any time by contacting our support team.

b. Data Use and Processing

You authorize the Company and its affiliates to:

• Access your Know Your Customer (KYC) data from the Central KYC Records Registry.

• Retrieve Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns and related financial information from authorized agencies.

This is for the purpose of verifying your personal and financial data.

c. SMS and Email Data Access

By using our Services, you grant the Company permission to:

• Access transactional SMS data on your device (including bank alerts, payment confirmations, and financial notifications) for the sole purpose of providing financial insights and improving our services.

• Access your email account and attachments to the limited extent necessary to extract financial information, such as bank statements and transaction records.

This access is read-only and is strictly limited to the purposes described above. We do not read, store, or use any SMS or email content that is not financial or transactional in nature.

d. AI-Powered Analysis

Some of your data may be processed using third-party AI models (such as those provided by OpenAI) strictly for generating personalized financial insights and analysis. This is carried out under strict data processing agreements.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

The Company shall:

• Use your Credit Information solely for the purposes specified in these Terms.

• Protect and keep confidential your Credit Information both online and offline.

• Destroy, purge, or erase your Credit Information immediately upon completion of the transaction or the purpose for which it was procured.

All user data is stored and managed within Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. The Company does not sell your personal data, SMS data, email data, or financial documents to any third party under any circumstances.

Data is shared only with:

• Cloud infrastructure providers (AWS) for storage and processing.

• Third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) strictly for generating insights.

• Authorized credit bureaus, where applicable, for credit report retrieval.

6. Limitation of Liability

You agree that:

• The Company and its partners are authorized to access your credit data from Experian or any other agency authorized by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

• Credit bureaus and other authorized agencies may process and use your data and furnish this information to other registered users, including banks and financial institutions, as permitted by RBI regulations.

• The Company shall not be liable for any loss, claim, liability, or damage arising out of or in any way related to:

o The delivery of your Credit Information to the Company, or

o Any use, modification, or disclosure of your Credit Information by the Company.

7. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
